Children’s Programs
The Lighthouse Point Yacht & Racquet Club Kids Program is a supervised children's program that is filled with fun sports, games, arts and crafts, swimming pool play, and exciting adventures geared to entice the younger traveler. All Children are invited to participate.

LITTLE SKIPPERS' CLUB
The Little Skippers' Club provides monthly entertainment for children of all ages. Every Friday Night the Club hosts “Anchors Aweigh” for Adults. Simultaneously, children’s activities, including dinner are available. Signups for all programs is mandatory and must be made by 2:00pm the day before the event. Due to liability reasons, parents
MUST remain on the club’s premises during all Little Skipper events.

Each month all of our Skipper activities will be posted on the Club Calendar and in the Club’s lobby explaining the details of each event. We are also available to host your child’s birthday party at the Club. If you have any questions regarding The Little Skipper’s Club please call me at 954-942-7244. KIDS NIGHT OUT
On Friday evenings children can get away for a night of fun and excitement, while parents enjoy an intimate dinner.

OPEN PLAY
Children ages 5 to 12 may participate in a variety of supervised activities. Children get the opportunity to socialize with other children while mom and dad enjoy a day at the Spa, tennis with the pros, or taking advantage of the many club activities and sports.

FAMILY ACTIVITIES COMMITTEE
LPYRC Family Activities Committee meets monthly to plan Kid’s Club events in response to member’s requests. Committee coordinates the Kid’s Club over 96 annual events program with the Club’s
activity director.

WEDNESDAY FAMILY NIGHT PASTA DINNER
All you can eat pasta buffet with make your own ice cream sundaes; Kid's activities every Wednesday night from 6-8:00 PM.

KID’S MOTHER’S DAY ARTS & CRAFTS GIFT PROJECT
Kid’s arts and crafts project for Mother’s Day gift.

EASTER EGG HUNT & BUNNY BUFFET

KID’S FISHING TOURNAMENT WEEKEND
Kid’s Fishing Tournament Weekend with fishing contest, awards, games and barbeque.

FAMILY POOL PARTIES
Featuring barbecue, music, pool games, waterslides, fun for the whole family.

KID’S FEAST WITH THE BEASTS
Interactive animal show featuring lemur, florida panther, python, anteater and more.

KID’S HALLOWEEN PARTY
Kid’s Halloween Party with Halloween costume contest, trick or treat program and games.

BRUNCH WITH SANTA
Have your picture taken with Santa, dance with Frosty the Snowman, ride the trackless train, and enjoy brunch with Santa.

KID’S SUMMER INSTRUCTIONAL
SPORTS CAMP
Tennis, Swimming & Fitness. Lighthouse Point Yacht & Racquet Club Instructional Sports Camp instills basic skills and conditioning habits for children ages 5-12. You will not find a more qualified staff or atmosphere for positive learning and perfecting your child’s athletic abilities. This camp program with 2 week sessions is professionally designed to teach beginning through advanced skills according to your child’s abilities.

LPYRC SUMMER SWIM TEAM BUILDS CONFIDENT CHAMPIONS
Our summer swim team is for members between ages 4 and 14. The team is instructional, recreational and fun – all in a structured, team setting. Our team is special because of the attention placed upon proper swimming techniques. We encourage all families with children to participate regardless of ability or scheduling challenges. We have a great team.
