SWIMMING FUN MEANS GOING FAST
The Lighthouse Point Swim Team is a competitive swimming program. Our purpose is to give athletes the best possible instruction available in the world of swimming and to empower individuals to test the limits of their personal development. We use the swimming pool as our laboratory. People who participate with us understand that we are teaching life skills and peak performance thinking beneficial in all areas of life.

Our program is designed around having fun. Swimming fun means going fast. In order to swim fast, the athletes must learn to swim properly and learn to swim for longer periods of time at faster and faster speeds. This must be done in practice. If an athlete expects to perform well in competition, then the athlete must learn to perform at practice.
